Lucy Dahlgren is the founder of THiSCOOP. She has strategic partnerships with a variety of businesses between Europe and China, and has led Bayn Europe stock-listing on Nasdaq First North Stockholm in 2014.

Leif Edvinsson is the world’s first professor in intellectual capital. He made a career in Sweden and China, where he developed his theories about the hidden value of intellectual capital. He has been the recipient of the prestigious Brain of the Year award.

Health Stock

THiSCOOP started out with sugar reduction. Sugar is sweet and tasty. But too much sugar leads to overweight and obesity, which are known risk factors for diabetes, high blood pressure, high levels of cholesterol, and cardiovascular diseases. Lucy Dahlgren therefore founded the food tech company Bayn Europe AB to replace sugar with healthier natural alternatives such as Stevia.

But, in addition to a good product a new business model was needed for sustainable market expansion. So, in the spring of 2018, Lucy began to develop a new model for protecting intellectual capital during the capitalisation process, along with a digital platform for health products – THiSCOOP.

Swimming with the Sharks

A goal of THiSCOOP is to become the world’s first and leading “health stock” that secures financial and intellectual capital at the big consumer markets in Europe and Asia. This goal is guided by the theories and work of Professors Leif Edvinsson. Today, corporate value is no longer determined by physical or financial assets alone, but by the combination of material and nonmaterial resources. Professor Leif Edvinsson propose a practical way to bridge the gap between balance sheet and business reality.

THiSCOOP is now set up to:

  • challenge the health & lifestyle markets
  • secure  capital for new health solutions
  • support startups to reach the next level
  • make health stocks accessible globally

Johan Holmsäter is founder of the wellness company “Friskis & Svettis”. He is joining THiSCOOP to improve and measure how to live longer and more comfortably – better lifestyle should be fun, easy, and accessible.

Chris Ekander is head of marketing and a true lifestyle entrepreneur. He is a professional surfer and has a vast international business network. Chris is director of the Swedish Surfing Association, handling all ISA World Championship events, and he is ambassador for Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.

Health Setters

We are very excited to join forces with passionate entrepreneurs all around the world. Health and lifestyle professionals that together are creating an innovative sales platform for healthier, better, and more sustainable options.

Communication and Commerce

The fact of the matter is that we are living longer but not healthier; nor are we consuming intelligently. Overconsumption on low price-point consumer goods is still the norm, and corporate powerhouses are still blocking new health solutions from smaller players.

Our “health setters” we will build a game changing business ecosystem communicating not only the content of health products but also how they can be used for greatest effect. And with our new marketplace for consumers we will set tomorrows trends for:

  • everyday life and happiness
  • sports and active lifestyle
  • food, music, culture

Dr. Lars-Åke Söderlund is the chairman of THiSCOOP. He has long experience of working with pharmacy and healthcare, and is the Vice President of The International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), representing over 4 million pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists.

Dr. Arvid Karsvall is the head of R&D. He has a background in e-health and communication science, and is working on the next version of our communication and e-commerce system.

Health Innovation

More and more consumers actively seek transparency and honesty, and they are  willing to pay a premium for better goods and services. What makes THiSCOOP special is our integrated principles for communication and commerce, which focus on environmental and economic sustainability. We intend to provide our members with resources that usually are only available for the largest multinational companies.

Real and lasting impact

We are aiming to do better than already established players, and we invite you to become co-owners and co-developers of our business ecosystem. For real and lasting impact we act in the spirit of partnership and we view “going culture” as fundamental to improve and maintain:

  • individual wellbeing through less-is-more lifestyle
  • business profitability through digitalisation and internationalisation of lifestyle brands
  • societal sustainability through more efficient use of international communication and commerce

THiS 6 Principles

Many businesses are now focusing on sustainability throughout the supply chain. Yet, the norm on the market is still over consumption and poor quality information.

THiSCOOP develops a “butterfly” ecosystem to integrate our companies and businesses. Our CeC (Communication eCommerce) business model is based upon the integration and measuring of 6 principles of supply and demand for sustainable lifestyle:

  1. Economic sustainability for brands
  2. Buy- & usability for target groups
  3. Data validity & reliability for end-users
  4. Ecological sustainability earth-to-earth
  5. Sociability between brands and users
  6. Supply- & sellability for new markets
